    Engagement: The engagement with Lecomake Pvt Ltd for company and asset management, IT services, digital marketing, or social media management constitutes an agreement between the client ("the Client") and the Company.


    Scope of Services The scope of services provided by Lecomake Pvt Ltd will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal, detailing the specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing agreed upon by both parties.


    Amendments: Any amendments or modifications to the scope of services must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.


  • Company and Asset Management:

    ConfidentialityThe Company agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information and sensitive data provided by the Client during the course of company and asset management services.


    Compliance:The Company will adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in the provision of company and asset management services.


  • IT Services

    Service Level Agreement (SLA): The Company will adhere to the SLA agreed upon with the Client regarding response times, uptime guarantees, and resolution times for IT services.


    Data Security: The Company will implement appropriate measures to ensure the security and integrity of the Client's data and IT infrastructure.


    Digital Marketing or Social Media Management:

    Content OwnershipThe Client retains ownership of all content created or published as part of digital marketing or social media management services.


    Compliance: IThe Company will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines governing digital marketing and social media management activities.


  • Payment Terms:

    Invoicing:The Client agrees to pay the Company according to the payment schedule outlined in the service agreement or proposal.


    Late Payments Late payments may be subject to penalties or interest charges as outlined in the service agreement or proposal.


  • Intellectual Property:

    Ownership:All intellectual property developed or created by the Company during the provision of services shall remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.



  • Termination:

    Termination Clause: Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice if the other party breaches any mate

    Effect of Termination:Upon termination, the Client agrees to settle any outstanding payments owed to the Company for services rendered up to the termination date.

  • Limitation of Liability:

    Exclusion of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the provision of services, regardless of the cause of action.
